HaySmile ships to all countries worldwide.

Dispatch the same day - from the Netherlands
HaySmile strives to send the products the same day after confirming the order. (all orders are express shipping)

The dispatch of products will occur through DHL or UPS*. As soon as the products are sent, you are informed thereof by e-mail. This e-mail includes a ‘track and trace code’. 

If you are not home when the order gets delivered, DHL or UPS will try to deliver the order the following day. DHL or UPS will try to deliver the order twice. If PostNL or UPS is not able to deliver the order for the second time, you will receive a note from DHL or UPS. With this note, you can pick up the order at the nearest post office. 

The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with HaySmile until the moment of delivery, unless expressly agreed upon otherwise.

*Orders paid by Apple Pay will be dispatched through UPS.
